Informal concerts for older or frail and disabled people in community settings

This project takes place where you are. A couple of LMP musicians will travel to your location to provide short entertainments in a wide range of community settings including nursing homes, hospitals, hospices and day centres, staying on after the music to share a cup of tea and a chat.

Mozart's Party!
A cross-generational project

Professional dancers in 18th century costume invite younger and older people to partner one another across the generations in learning dances from Mozart’s time to music played live by a trio of LMP musicians. A primary school may host the party and invite the residents of a local sheltered housing unit to share tea with them, or a day centre may make this an event to which they invite young people from the neighbouring comprehensive school.
